The vehicle will be personal with Air-Conditioning facility throughout your journey except for the hilly regions. Your Car-Tempo Traveler-Bus air condition will not run at the Hills station, your car's air condition will run in the rest of the field because there is a lot of pressure on the Car-Tempo Traveler-Bus while climbing mountains.
Subh Yatra Holiday does not accept any Liability of whatever nature for the acts, Omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of those service providers in connection with your convention pursuant to a contract between them and yourselves and over whom we have no direct control. We do not accept liability in contract or in tort (actionable wrong) for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control, or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part including, but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action.

All hotel and Resort bookings made in this site are all Prepaid. The company works on the package according to your budget, the company gives you the best service according to your budget.
For Transparency after customers freeze Package the Verification Call is done on a recordable line.(When the customer takes the package from the company, the verification call record company keeps for confirmation.)

Note: - For any hotel-specific package 65% of payment cost shall be transferred within 24hr of package booking date. We are not liable to provide the same hotel as requested by you if the above condition is not fulfilled.For our guests who wishes to purchase their airline/Railway ticket /Bus ticket /Cab Booking etc. amusement park tickets from us at least full payment of the ticket to be deposited to our account to secure their Booking Voucher plus the 25% non-Refundable deposit to freeze their Package.
It is highly recommended that your tour reservations be made at least 25 days prior to the actual travelling date. Only 25% or full paid tours, will be considered to confirm. Posted Rates are subject to change without Prior Notice.
Upon receiving your booking request, Subh Yatra Holiday consultants will start to assist you in building a pleasant tour plan according to your special requirements and interests within 72 hours.
For our guests who purchase their ticket from us at least full payment of the ticket to be deposited to our account to secure their airline ticket plus the 20% non-refundable deposit of the hotel + eco-tour package.
Subh Yatra Holiday tour package does not include Travel Insurance. We highly recommend that you purchase full coverage travel insurance of your own.
Bookings over Christmas and New Year’s ‘Festive Season’ Require a Non-Refundable deposit, and final Payment 65 days prior, as this is non-refundable under any circumstances. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
Information to the customer by the company- After the initial booking on a particular package and related services in the event of any amendment you wish to make such a change of destination, departure dates, addition/deletion of services, change on passenger number or such other change, you will need to make an written request and obtain an acknowledgement from your assigned Service Executive. There will be certain amendment fee on per person basis depending on new services and date selected by you. The amendment may invite further cost from the service provider which will have to be borne by you further such request are accepted by us, subject to availability.

lf circumstance make you cancel your holiday, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing. As per the booking condition of the holiday, we are constrained to levy the following cancellation changes. ( On cancellation of leave by the customer, the customer will inform the company in writing)

Additional cancellation charges other than those specified above may be applicable as per the policies of airlines/railway/cruise/Hotel and other service Providers. (If the train booking is canceled from the customer's side after the train sheet is confirmed, then no money will be refunded by the company).
Booked package is valid for Your Package 1 Year & 6 Month from the date to booking. Services must be a vailed with in the specified time else amount will be lapsed and no refund will be provided in that case.
No refund for unutilized nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out. (Early check in Not.Possible without confirmation for Company side.
In case of bad weather/Natural Calamities only re-booking can be made with respective charges to new date and no refund shall be granted.
Complaints must be reported to the hotel / service provider on the spot. Subh Yatra Holiday will not be liable for any compensation for a problem which could be rectified during the client stay, has the hotel/ Subh Yatra Holiday been aware of it.
Customer is given service depending on his budget and category, Standard hotels range from Budget hotel to 3* hotels in the standard category, which the company provides to them according to the customer's budget.
Confirm Booking Amount will be non-refundable. No refunds shall be made in case clients chose to cut their stay at the resort or the hotel or the tour package prepared at the time of booking.
Token amount is nonrefundable
The Company does not hold any responsibility for train/flight delays, rescheduling/cancellation of train/flights, mis-connection occurred due to airline problem and any change in train/flight schedule or meals not being served. Company is not liable for any loss of person, property or personal effects caused or damaged or suffered by the passenger on account of deficiency in services by any independent contractor. Any gesture of courtesy extended by the Company to the passenger to minimize such loss or damage will not constitute on admission of such liability or a waiver. The liability of the Company is restricted to the making of reservation in accordance with the passenger(s) requirements. The liability will cease on the issue of a ticket, reservation and travel document to the passenger. We are not responsible for any alternate arrangements and the guest has no right to claim any loss or consequences arising due to the same.
Any claim or complaint by the passenger in respect of services provided by the independent contractors must be notified to the Company in writing within 6 days after the tour completion date. No claim notified to the Company outside this period will be entertained and the Company shall incur no liability in respect thereof. The Company reserves the unconditional right to refuse a booking/terminate a passenger on tour in event of unreasonable behavior at any time.
We treat all information furnished by you as confidential and will share only the necessary information with Airline & Hotels & service providers who will provide services to you during your tour. However, we may be constrained to disclose the information furnished by you, if such disclosure is required by law or by an order by court or the rules, regulations & enquiry by any govt./statutory agency having regulatory authority over the Company.
